Jessica Sublett has dedicated her career to supporting entrepreneurs and economic development in Northeast Ohio. As the Chief Operating Officer of Bounce Innovation Hub, Jessica focuses her work on ensuring that the organization has the wherewithal to execute on their strategic plan and oversees daily operations. Jessica has led the organization’s efforts to secure over $5.2M in grant funds since 2018.

As a licensed attorney in Ohio, Jessica uses her background in technology transfer and intellectual property law to help shape programming that supports the region’s innovative startups. Jessica is keenly focused on developing and building inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems and works closely with other entrepreneurial support organizations to build partnerships that ensure that entrepreneurship is accessible to all of community members.

Jessica enjoys boating with her husband in the Great Lakes and riding her horse Wally.
