Eligibility Criteria for Signature Class 43

To apply for Signature Class 43, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Live, Work, or Serve in Greater Akron: Applicants should have a strong connection to the Greater Akron area, demonstrating an investment in the community through residence, employment, or volunteerism.

• Applicants are required to attend all program days and activities, as full engagement is essential to gaining the most from the Leadership Akron experience.

• Applicants should be open to creating meaningful relationships with fellow participants and community members, fostering collaboration and shared learning.

• Applicants must exhibit a genuine motivation to contribute to the Greater Akron community through leadership, advocacy, or service, leveraging the knowledge and skills gained in the program to make a difference.

• Ideal applicants are eager to step outside their comfort zones, engage in thoughtful discussions, and embrace new perspectives to strengthen their leadership potential.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS

The application needs to be completed in one sitting. We recommend that you prepare responses in a separate document and copy and paste them into the application form fields.

I understand that the application must be completed at one time and that the application will close after 30 minutes of inactivity and NOT be saved.
